Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Dangling Woman from 17th-Floor Balcony in New Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the music mogul and rapper, has once again found himself embroiled in controversy following serious allegations of violence and intimidation. A new lawsuit filed by fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan claims that Combs physically assaulted her during a violent outburst at his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016.

Bongolan, who has worked as a designer, alleges in her lawsuit that Combs dangled her from a 17th-floor balcony during the altercation. According to Bongolan’s account, Combs only pulled her back to safety after realizing there were witnesses hiding nearby.

These harrowing details were confirmed by a November 2023 civil complaint filed by Ventura, which mentioned a similar balcony incident involving a friend. A source close to the situation confirmed that Ventura’s reference in the lawsuit aligns with Bongolan’s claim, stating, “Bongolan’s suit is the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence.”

The lawsuit claims that this incident was part of a broader pattern of abusive behavior by Combs. In response to the allegations, Combs’ legal team has denied the claims, asserting that the rapper has “faith in the judicial process” and intends to prove his innocence. Despite these denials, the accusations have sparked significant public attention and concern.

The new lawsuit comes on the heels of Combs’ legal troubles, as he is currently being held pretrial at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
